tel aviv vs new york...

the israeli newspaper haaretz, published an article saying that the cost of living in tel aviv is higher than new york. the article is based in a study presented by Mercer human resources consultancy firm that compared prizes in housing, goods, services, transport and many more categories. in the list tel aviv ranks number 14th while new york is number 22nd. we can also find moscow at the top, followed by tokyo and london.

I know that many people are living tel aviv because of the high cost of living, housing and food are so expensive here! going out any night means, at least, 100 dollars between entrance to a place, drinks, cabs...and yet, it sounds so weird that tel aviv is more expensive than the big apple...if that's the case i want to m
ove to NY right now...
